Ingredients
Salad leaves 1 bunch
cucumber 1 whole
Raw yellow pumpkin 1 cup
Dates 6 pieces
Hazelnut /walnut 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp or as per taste
Black salt ½ tsp
Procedure
Chop cucumber,dates and hazelnut/walnut in pieces.
Peel and Grate yellow pumkin.
Break salad leaves into two pieces with hand.
Mix all ingredients
